Spring Forth Story Sharing Circle
How do you persevere through uncertainty?
A year into this pandemic, we’ve been hit with the kind of uncertainty that wreaks havoc to even the best-laid plans.
But remember, you are strong! You have the power to shed past habits that no longer serve you.
You can declutter what no longer fits.
You can set intentions that, when practiced daily, can weather the storm.
We’re into the spring season now, where new life and new growth is erupting around us. It’s symbolic in that as nature renews, we embark on a ritual of our own… spring cleaning. Spring cleaning is more than tidying our homes. It is also a time to open up our hearts, and renew intentions in a way that aligns our values with small steps of daily actions.
This workshop will help you reflect on what you’ve learned about perseverance in your life, and how you can apply that to prioritize what matters. Gayathri Shukla, a certified guided auto-biography instructor, will be leading this workshop through this method of storytelling and deep listening in a supportive cohort. If you wish to feel uplifted in a safe, virtual space, you are welcome to attend the circle. Registration is first-come, first-serve so don’t delay—only 10 seats!
