Production Description

Based on Dan Brown’s 2003 bestselling novel, this thrilling new stage adaptation is a must see! Join symbologist Robert Langdon and cryptologist Sophie Neveu, as they try to solve a murder at the Louvre Museum that takes them, and audiences, on a treasure hunt adventure that will leave you breathless!

Roles to be Cast:

  • Robert Langdon: Man, age 40+American Harvard professor of religious symbology.
  • Sophie Neveu: Woman, age late 20s-35A French police officer with an expertise in cryptology.
  • Sir Leigh Teabing: Man, age 60+An eccentric English historian.
  • Remy: Any gender age 20s-30sTeabing’s butler and bodyguard.
  • Bezu Fache: Any gender age 35+A gruff French police investigator.
  • Silas: Man age 25-35A devout monk who pursues his goals at all costs. Strong and physical.
  • Collet: Woman age 20s-30sA lieutenant in the Paris police force.
  • Jacques Saunière: Man age 60+Sophie’s grandfather and Curator of the Louvre.
  • Sister Sandrine: Woman age 50+Oversees the Paris Church of Saint-Sulpice and protects its secrets.

Note: All roles are open to any ethnicity. Most actors also double as other secondary characters and form a physical chorus.

Audition Dates:

  • Tuesday, April 2, 2024, 10am – 6pm
  • Wednesday, April 3, 2024, 10am – 6pm
Casting Process

Selected candidates will be provided with scenes to work from during the auditions.

*We will not be collecting hard copies of headshots and resumes at the audition. The audition panel will receive them all electronically.
