About the Festival

The Tour de Bowness Race + Festival is back this year for its 21st anniversary on Monday, August 5, 2024 (of the August long weekend) from 10am – 5pm! Hosted by the Mainstreet Bowness Business Improvement Area and Bow Cycle, our exciting street festival has been a partnership event between the Bowness Community Association, Bow Cycle and the businesses within the BIA since 2011 when Bowness celebrated its 100th birthday. This event has become the annual “street party” to celebrate the vibrant and historical community of Bowness, Bownesians and visitors have come to enjoy! This year will be another great year!

We have a great line-up of food trucks, local restaurants, artisan vendors, local businesses, street performers and live music to entertain you all day on our Tim Horton Stage.

Complete this form to submit your application. All applications will be reviewed and applicants will be contacted. Applicants who have been approved will complete the registration process at that point.

Please note: We reserve the right to limit the amount of certain types of products sold at the festival.

  • Pop Up Trunk Shop (selling from trunk of your car): $125
  • Artisan/Hand Made Vendor (no retail location): $175
  • Not For Profit Organization: $175
  • Small Business (existing retail location): $225
  • Prepackaged Food & Drink: $200
  • Food Truck: $275
  • Corporate Business: $325
  • Mainstreet Bowness Business: $75

Other Details

  • 10’x10′ booth space only
  • Multiple booths can be rented
  • Fees do not include table, chairs or power
  • There is no electrical supplied
  • Payment must be made upon confirmation of registering
  • There are no refunds on cancellations or bad weather
  • *Reminder: Arrival and setup for the day is between 7:30 – 9am and takedown is 5pm
