Urgent: Casino Volunteers Needed

Alberta Printmakers (A/P) is looking for community volunteers to help us during our upcoming casino.

Why volunteer for casino shifts?

Casino fundraising is among our most important funding sources and is essential to sustain our gallery, studio and community programs. These shifts provide the highest ratio of financial return per hour served than any other volunteer opportunity.

For January 27, 2023, we are looking for:

  • 1 Chip runner — Night shift (6:45pm to 3:30am)
  • 1 Backup — Night shift (6:45pm to 3:30am)
  • 4 Count room staff — NightsShift (11:15pm to 3:30am)
  • 1 Count room backup — Night shift (11:15pm to 3:30am)

For January 28, 2023 we are looking for:

  • 1 Backup — Day shift (11:15am to 7:30pm)
  • 1 Chip runner — Night shift (6:45pm to 3:30am)
  • 1 Backup — Night shift (6:45pm to 3:30am)
  • 3 Count Room staff — Night shift (11:15pm to 3:30am)
  • 1 Count Room Backup — Night shift (11:15pm to 3:30am)

Additional Information for Volunteers:

  • Free food will be provided!
  • Parking is free!
  • Taxi vouchers /transportation reimbursement is available upon request.
  • Volunteers must be 18+.
  • Cowboys Casino is proud to offer complete wheelchair access to all volunteers and gaming clientele.
  • Professional casino advisors will be there to help you in your volunteer role.
  • All volunteers must bring a valid proof of ID.
  • Cowboys Casino volunteer dress code is casual, (but no jogging pants or T-shirts please; torn, soiled or immodest apparel are not permitted).
