Volunteer Call
Sled Island Music and Arts Festival
Dates: June 18 – 22, 2025 (volunteer shifts as early as June 17, as late as June 23)
Locations: Various venues around downtown Calgary
Each June, our five-day festival showcases over 200 bands, visual artists and comedians as well as close to 30,000 attendees in multiple venues across the city. We cannot do this without the support of hundreds of volunteers!
Role
We are seeking to fill over 300 volunteer positions across a wide variety of roles, which include door, bartending, driving, setup, teardown, merch sales, production etc. Over 13 crews to choose from!
Requirements: All ages, some crews 18+, some 25+, additional screening required for specific crews
