Festival & Events Subsidy
The date pertaining to this announcement has passed.
All festivals and events that would like to receive a subsidy in the 2019 season will need to submit an Event Opportunity Form and a Subsidy Application Form no later than October 31, 2018, at 4:30pm. MST.
Late applications will not be accepted.
Festivals and events that have not completed their 2018 edition and/or subsequent post-event period by the submission deadline are still required to submit their applications before 4:30pm MST on October 31, 2018. Section D (post-event report) can be blank, however, the completed version must be submitted to your event liaison no later than 60 days post-event to remain eligible for 2019.
Event Opportunity Form
We are now accepting 2019 Event Opportunity Forms (EOF). If you are a returning event and we have not received your form by Friday, December 15, 2018, your traditional dates may be released to accommodate another event. Any changes to event days will only be considered after the December 15, 2018, deadline.
Once you have submitted your EOF, an email indicating we have received your request will be sent. The Festival and Event Application Form will be sent to you at a later date for completion.
As per the Festival and Event process, you will need to submit a completed Festival and Event application no later than 90 days prior to your event start date in order to obtain your event approval (some exceptions may apply).
