During this three-session online workshop, experienced actors, and past participants of our Commercial VO workshop, are invited to explore and expand their approach to commercial voice-over. Working on multiple challenging scripts, including 30 and 60-second announcer and character commercial spots, focus will be on self-submissions, audition techniques, and script analysis. Participants will have the opportunity to self-critique their own past voice-over auditions, and hear insights into their performances from peers and industry professionals. Class size is kept to a minimum to ensure all performers receive ample mic time and the benefit of comprehensive one-on-one instruction. Prerequisite: Commercial Voice-Over, or previous voice-over training or work. Fee: $300+GST $50 discount for ACTRA apprentices and members.
