Art and nature summer camps at Leighton Art Centre, for kids aged six to 12, offer campers a hands-on connection to art, nature, and Alberta’s heritage. Each week during July and August, our campers are inspired to create in a wide variety of art forms while exploring our natural setting through nature hikes and outdoor games and activities.

Our historic education centre is set on 80 acres of breathtaking rural scenery 20 minutes from south Calgary. Working with small groups of campers, our skilled instructors will present daily activities that encourage creativity, exploration, learning and fun.

Please Note: we are not able to offer bus transportation in 2021.

Camps run from 9:30am to3:30pm, weekly between July 5 and August 27, 2021.

Spaces are very limited due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

2021 Art & Nature Camp Prices:

• Five-Day Week: $210 (+ ticket fees, $222.15 total cost)
• Four-Day Week (August 3 to 6, 2021): $175 (+ tickets fees, $185.23 total cost)

Leighton Art Centre members ($50/year) are eligible for a 10% discount.
