Uncertainty can be hard—filled with all kinds of what-ifs and what-coulda been. To alleviate one’s worries, over the course of four Sundays kids will explore self-regulation strategies and art-based techniques to craft their own custom trap for capturing their worries.
Social-emotional competence in childhood acts as a building block to support an individual throughout one’s life. The workshop will use art-based interventions and mindful awareness strategies to help kids build an adaptive emotional regulation response.
When: 4 Sundays (Starting January 22, 1 pm to 2:30 pm).
