Residencies April 10, 2023 2023 AUArts Summer Residency Program The Alberta University of the Arts is one of the best equipped, purpose-built universities of art, craft, and design in North America, offering facilities for ceramics, glass, drawing, fibre, jewellery, painting, print media, photography, media arts, sculpture, and visual communication. The AUArts Summer Residency Program is inclusive of diverse practices that may be defined as fine art, design, craft and text-based, but it is not limited to just these practice areas. We welcome your creativity! As a participant of the summer residency, you will have access to home studio space and limited access to production studios and technical support. While you are developing your independent studio work and research you will have access to the Summer Residency Program Coordinator, studio technicians, and you will have opportunities to participate in studio visits and activities throughout the residency from June 19th to August 20th.
