Blue Monday Lift-Up: The Importance of Community for Mental Wellness in the Arts

In collaboration with the Perlin Foundation for Wellness, the WGA invites you to an evening of discussion about the importance of community to support mental wellness in the arts.

Featuring talks by community advocates from cSPACE, the Rozsa Foundation, Alexandra Writers’ Centre, LOUD Art Society, Elephant Artist Relief Society, the Perlin Foundation for Wellness, and Calgary poet laureate Wakefield Brewster.

Please bring a pen and paper as there will be two creative exercises.
