Call for Artist Muralist
The Calgary Firefighters Association is a non-profit organization affiliated as Local 255 of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), representing more than 1350 Calgary Firefighters. We have proudly represented Calgary Firefighters for more than 100 years. We build on the solid foundation established by our forbearers, always respecting tradition as we embrace the future in our enduring effort to improve the quality of life for our members and their families.
Project Summary
Indoor, flat, non-textured wall measuring 17ft 8in (5.38m) L x 8ft 4in (2.54m) H. We are looking for someone who can design the mural, working from a photograph of our historical building.
Candidates are welcome to visit the office to see the space if required. Please email office@calgaryfirefighters.org to arrange a time.
This will be a paid opportunity, the budget will be discussed with the artists.
