Constituent Care Agent
Full-time three-month temporary contract position.
Total Hours: 360 [30 hours/week for 12 weeks]
Hourly Wage: $20/hour

The constituent care agent has their finger on the pulse, is a big picture thinker, and wants to make Calgary a great place to live for all its residents. Our ideal candidate should have an administrative background and a passion for customer service. We are seeking someone who values efficiency, is highly attuned to details, and is a demonstrated multi-tasker who can work in a high-pressure environment.
You are a people person who approaches communications with others in a consistently positive, productive, and respectful fashion. You have a passion for both community and city-building. You are skilled at writing, researching, and confident in your ability to communicate with and inform residents and stakeholders about various issues. The constituent care agent is comfortable working alone and collaborating as part of a dynamic team of four.
