We are looking for non-leadership roles for all shifts! Come and have fun and support the performing arts in YYC! Did you know that charitable gaming supports the arts in a big way? The funds that we raise during these two days is at least a third of the annual budget needed for the Calgary Performing Arts Festival! Volunteering to support our charitable gaming initiatives is a great way to give back to the Calgary performing Arts festival without even having to open your wallet—every hour of casino volunteer time is equal to about $230! The casino will be held February 18 and 19, 2019, at Casino Calgary (1420 Meridian Rd. NE). Positions required: Banker: The role of the banker is to supervise the cash cage. Chip Runners: Walk chips from cash cage to gaming tables. Cashiers: Change cash to chips and chips to cash. Count Room Volunteers: Count the money from the games tables at the end of the night. Training is provided at the start of your shift, you are also entitled to a free meal during your casino shift.
