Michelle Dyer and Paula Timm are an art therapist and artist team that create and facilitate creative wellness workshops. They love to have fun, play with art materials and play great music during the online sessions!

Their collaborative approach is informed by arts-based healing. They have the expertise to hold space for wellness through creative programing to support participants to integrate their individual diversity, process challenges and build on strengths and resiliency.

Over eight weeks, connect over discussions, mindfully lead creative exercises and, most of all, time with yourself!
