Archived September 21, 2021 Digital Production Coordinator RedPoint Media & Marketing Solutions has an opening for a digital producer. This full-time, permanent position will start immediately. The digital producer is responsible for a range of duties related to the design and development of a variety of digital campaigns including web advertisements, videos, and other media. Our Opportunity This is an opportunity to: Assist with the production of digital projects including newsletters, balloting, and web projects. Assist with the maintenance of digital properties and exploration of new channels and service providers. Manage and monitor performance of all digital ad campaigns and branded content, making or recommending adjustments to meet required targets; trouble-shoot with internal and external stakeholders if needed. Manage social media/promotion for sponsored or client social posts, including working with editors to develop the content and set paid and organic posts. Help advise on and implement new tools for campaign reporting and other aspects of digital production. Maintain accurate documentation on digital projects and digital components of projects within and not limited to the CRM system (Magazine Manager), ClickUp, and Google Calendars. Implement and monitor ad campaigns on various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ad Manager, MailChimp, and WordPress. Work closely with the sales team to provide recommendations on proposals for digital campaigns. Oversee the production of online advertising, email marketing, contests, sponsorships and special projects. Assist clients with ad creation/layout as needed and make knowledgeable design recommendations to clients for each digital platform. Work with the content and sales teams to develop concepts for new digital projects and contribute to strategy discussions for new digital sales and marketing campaigns. Add email opt-ins from campaigns such as Second Street and contesting to MailChimp. Assist sales support to trouble-shoot technical issues with supplied creative and web pages. Manage and monitor digital inventory and look for ways to improve it. Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in digital marketing and advertising as well as best practices in digital media as well as industry trends in order to explore new revenue opportunities for our clients and RedPoint. Proactively identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner. Serve as vacation and sick-day coverage for others on the production team Our Ideal Candidate You have strong time management and organizational skills. You are able to work within tight deadlines and turnaround times. You have a strong attention to details. You have strong Mac computer skills: Assets would include experience using WordPress, StudioStack, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite. You have digital marketing experience including in digital campaign creation and monitoring. An analytics certification and social media training are assets. You are a team player with good communication and people skills. You are self-motivated and a good problem-solver, with a reputation for doing what you say you will do and getting things done on time. You are passionate about digital content and advertising. You love magazines. You are smart, professional and a lot of fun to work with. You are committed to the quality of your work, but you don’t take yourself too seriously.
