Volunteer Opportunities May 19, 2023 Elevate Events Coordinator Volunteer with the Calgary Jazz Orchestra Society (CJO) as the Elevate events coordinator. The mission of the CJO is to advance the public’s appreciation of the arts by providing high-quality musical performances in public places and to advance education by providing musical instruction to musicians of all ability levels. Elevate is the CJO’s program dedicated to education. Details: Work with Elevate director and artistic director to plan events, budget and determine a roster of musicians. Work closely with marketing and communications officers to plan media releases for Elevate events. Two-year term. Multiple term renewals are possible.
