Energy Futures Lab’s Big Ideas for Our Energy Future series encourages cross-pollination across all stakeholders in the energy system on the topic of how accelerating the energy transition fuels economic recovery in Alberta. In this session with Mark Hopkins, we will be exploring the role of arts and culture in facilitating energy transition. About Mark Hopkins Mark Hopkins is Artistic Director of Swallow-a-Bicycle Theatre, which generates productive discomfort through art-making, and an Associate with Human Venture Leadership, which seeks to build our collective capacities to reduce ignorance, error, waste, suffering and injustice. He volunteers with the Calgary Foundation and the Centre for Newcomers and founded We Should Know Each Other, a community-bridging initiative.
