Free Workshop
The Body Awareness Laboratory (BAL) is open to actors, dancers and artists from any discipline who recognize themselves as crossing borders between artistic languages and want to explore movement to nurture imagination, body, mind and soul.
Do you have a solo work in process, or maybe you want to start creating one, or do you want to explore new perspectives of an already finished work? This session lab is for you.
BAL is also for you if you want to train, rediscover yourself or refresh elements of performative creation.
Body Awareness Laboratory is a welcoming place to explore a variety of body techniques to nurture and develop diverse creative processes, from connecting with the movement, itself, the expansion of rhythmic body awareness in such a way could extend the expressive spectrum.
