Freeform Hat Making

The date for this educational opportunity has passed.

Have you always admired beautiful hats or have you always wanted to learn a traditional maker skill?

If you answered ”Yes” then you are sure to enjoy this weekend workshop with talented Milliner, Melissa Cole.

You will learn how to block a freeform felt cloche hat using traditional millinery blocking techniques. Learn about basic millinery techniques and materials, hand stitching, proper finishing, and trimming of your own hat!

We are keeping the class size on the small side so that you will have time for hands-on learning with plenty of one-on-one time. This millinery course is suitable for beginners but previous sewing experience is recommended.

Plus, you will take home one amazing, custom hat!
