Archived July 13, 2021 Call for Indigenous Artist Indigenous Motherhood and Matriarchy Submission Call for Indigenous Artist This is the third in a series of three exhibitions to feature artworks related to the theme of Indigenous motherhood and matriarchy. Various forms of visual media will be accepted. This is an inclusive exhibition that will feature the perspectives of Indigenous women, men, LGBTQ2S, and youth. Installation Schedule: Arts Commons + 15 Galleries, mid-September to December 2021. Artists selected to exhibit their work(s) will be paid artist fees. Must be able to ship artwork to Calgary if selected (some funding is available to supplement shipping costs).
