Join us in this introduction to the magical and fragrant world of aromatherapy lead by the wonderful Laine Dunphy of Rae Dunphy Aromatics!
Gain an understanding of basic theory, safety, and terminology of aromatherapy and essential oils for use at home. We will look at a number of different essential oils, learn their therapeutic properties, and how to best use them in recipes. Each student will then work hands-on and walk away with their own essential oil blend as well as a bath salt, body spray, and lotion they’ve made during the workshop!
All materials, essential oils, and a workshop manual are included. No previous experience is necessary.
