Archived October 10, 2019 McHugh House Studio/Office Space for Lease The Beltline Neighbourhoods Association is seeking out a new sublease tenant for a third-floor studio/office space in the historic McHugh House. Located on 17th Ave., the McHugh House hosts a variety of arts-focused organizations in our second and third-floor spaces, as well as a rentable all-ages venue space on our main floor. Included with a sublease is utilities and internet, as well as a shared bathroom and kitchen. You’ll also have access to two free bookings on the main floor per month. Cost of the space is $300/month, all included. Space is approximately 100-sq.-ft., with two additional 40-sq.-ft. sloped roof storage spaces. Seeking out artists and/or non-profits to fill the space.
