Archived September 10, 2018 Acrylic Art Classes Classes for Ages 10 – 14 Fall 2018 Session – Exploration and Appreciation Classes will begin September 24, 2018, and run for 10 weeks on Mondays from 6:30 to 8:30pm. No classes on holidays. Last class will be December 10, 2018. In this class, we will explore colour, learn the colour wheel, explore shape and form, and perspective, light source, and complete six paintings, working with pastels and acrylics, on canvas, canvas board, and wood panel. We will learn to finish our canvases and prepare them for hanging and we will have an exhibit of our work on of December 10, 2018, when parents and family can attend the children’s art show. Presented By: Viviana Pacheco Fine Art Fee: $325 Includes: Acrylic paints, paint brushes, canvases, canvas panels, wood panels, aprons to use in class, easels to use in class. Needed: A coil bound sketch pad (dollarama), a set of sketching pencils, small set (12) oil pastels, reusable paint palette, a small plastic spray bottle. Please come prepared and dressed in clothing that might get paint on.
