Model Figure Drawing & Still Life
Every Monday from 7:00 to 9:00pm, New Motion Gallery (2001b 10th Ave. SW) hosts live model figure drawing and still-life by drop-in.
The cost is only $20 for figure drawing and $10 for still life. We accept cash, debit or credit. We also have a loyalty program where you come to four sessions and your fifth one is free!
Our goal is to not only help artists develop their skills, but promote body positivity and confidence by utilizing people with no prior modelling experience, but want to try something to step out of their comfort zone.
Sometimes our figure drawing sessions are themed, such as; superheroes, pirates, fairies, steampunk and more. And other times it’s more traditional nude form. Either way, we are a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to be an expert, just have fun!
