Newcomer Arts Professional Program

Call for participants for the Newcomer Arts Professional Program (NAPP) is now open in Calgary and Edmonton!

Formerly known as the Immigrant Arts Mentorship Program (IAMP), the Newcomer Arts Professional Program (NAPP) aims to bridge the unique challenges faced by newcomer arts professionals by offering one-on-one mentoring with established professionals, group professional development sessions, opportunities to gain experience working in the arts sector and insights from seasoned local professionals.

Who Should Apply?

This tailored program is designed exclusively for arts professionals in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta who are newcomers to Canada, with a residence history of less than seven years. This can include visual artists, performers, musicians, actors, arts managers, dancers, arts administrators in different sectors and cultural workers.

NAPP Information Session: Saturday, January 20, 2024, 11am – 12:30pm
Location: Online via Zoom
