Pre-Sale & Fundraiser: July 15 – August 15, 2021
This summer, local small press The Blasted Tree is preparing to publish its first two full-length visual poetry books, Barcode Poetry by Kyle Flemmer and Without Form by Ben Robinson.
As with all Blasted Tree print publications, design and quality are of the utmost importance, and so we are holding a pre-sale and fundraiser to build excitement for the books, scale our print runs appropriately, and cover some of the production costs associated with making art books.
Rather than follow a traditional publishing model, which involves a lot of overhead and third-party mediation, we feel bringing these titles directly to you—our friends, families, and poetry communities—will be the best way to get these books into print and out to those who want them.
