Festival of Emerging Artists are looking for a production manager to help wrangle the festival! Production Manager responsibilities: Maintain and manage the timeline of the event: this involves coordinating, but not sourcing, the artists, staff, volunteers Scheduling Box Office and Marketing activities Includes supporting the event by being on-site for the load-in, production, and strike of the event Assist in grant reporting and finalizing necessary paperwork among artists, staff, and volunteers Tracking the spending of and adherence to the budget, though they are not responsible for developing the budget. We use the Google Suite of productivity tools, as well as AirTable databases and Slack. If you have preferred tools and are willing to instruct in their use, we can adapt to them! Suggested fee: $2500 Weekly Hours Expectation: (flexible scheduling) 5 or less in April 2023 10-15 in May 2023 Full-Time in June, up to June 17, 2023 Festival dates: June 7 – 10, 2023 Remote work is possible until June.
