Archived October 16, 2020 Request for Proposal for Feasibility Study The Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre Society of Calgary, a registered charity, solicits proposals from qualified firms with experience in the strategic assessment of cultural organizations to conduct a feasibility study. This feasibility study aims to understand the need, potential, and requirements to construct and operate a new community-oriented arts and cultural facility that would serve as the neuralgic point of the centre. To request the terms of reference, please contact info@koartscentre.org with a description of your firm’s experience concerning this study’s scope. Proposals shall be emailed to info@koartscentre.org on or before 4:30pm MST on Friday, November 6, 2020. Submissions received at 4:31pm or later will be deemed late and non-compliant.
