Rigoletto Dress Rehearsal

Calgary Opera’s Rigoletto, composed by Giuseppe Verdi with libretto by Francesco Maria Piave is coming in April to Jubilee Auditorium. The classic story of the jester Rigoletto who, through his mocking ways, is cursed. He brings the curse to reality through his own attempts at revenge against the lecherous Duke of Mantua and loses the thing he loves most.

The fully staged dress rehearsal is happening on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at the Jubilee Auditorium, 7:00pm. This is a working dress rehearsal in which the director, stage management, and conductor are present, so there is a possibility of stops for correction or editing. The performance is open to all students with valid student ID.

Tickets are $18 each, two per student. All children in school are welcome to purchase tickets as well with one chaperone. Tickets are general admission.
