Urban Real Estate Development Murals

Sarina Homes is a family based real estate developer—we build inner city homes and workspaces and have been adding vibrancy to YYC for over 15 years.

We’re looking to engage local artists to help bring vibrancy, diversity, and community through unique art pieces.

There are two projects we are looking to have murals completed for:

Lennon (1867 17th Ave. SW)
  • Commercial development with four total units
  • Two mural opportunities (east facing wall and west facing wall)

June 2021: Artist Procurement
July 2021: Detailed Design
August/September 2021: Installation

Harrison (1863 33rd Ave. SW)
  • Mixed-use development with 12 retail spaces on the ground floor and 51 residential rental apartments on floors two to five
  • Two mural opportunities

Main Entrance Exterior South Wall: Approximately 13’6” tall on one edge, 15’6” tall on the other edge and 20’4” wide

Billboard on Exterior Wall: 12’-0” X 28’-0” (W X H)

June/July 2021: Artist Procurement
August 2021: Detailed Design
September/October 2021: Installation

Payment ranges from $3,000 to $4,500 per mural. Artist to supply paint/material.
