HPR’s In Focus Workshop: Storytelling Through An Indigenous Lens Date: Saturday, January 18, 2020, 1:00pm Location: BMO Community Room, Central Library (800 3rd St. SE) Cost: Free This workshop will challenge your understanding of traditional storytelling while using the foundations of sharing knowledge as an integral root of how stories come to be. Led by Cree artists, performer Stacy Da Silva and activist/educator Chantal Chagnon, this workshop explores oral traditions, music, movement, theatre, and visual arts.
