Description

After graduating or working in a community studio, it is challenging to set up on your own and to figure out where to source your materials and how to use equipment you manage to acquire that is calibrated differently than what you used while learning how to practice your craft! That is challenging! Eveline will share tips and approaches she has learned after growing her own home studio in the past years and how to stay relevant in the printmaking world when you are an independent printmaker.

Some topics that Eveline will cover in this informal talk include:

  • Where to source materials
  • Cheap solutions for expensive equipment
  • Storage and safe home practice
  • Approaches to networking and growing your practice
