About the Role The treasurer is a vital part of the CJO’s board of directors, who’s main responsibilities include: Preparing regular financial reports. Providing year-end financial statement. Handling the bank account. Overseeing the overall finances of the organization. Preparing annual budget in consultation with the president, artistic director, and sponsorship. Three-year term. Multiple term renewals are possible. Current financials are done in Excel Pivot Tables — experience with the program would be an asset.
