Seeing over 100,000 guests each year, Evergreen Community SPACES is a one-of-a-kind facility designed to be unique. Leases are located on either our main floor or gallery level and ranging from 100 to 150 sq ft. One to three-year options available. Prices start at $425 per month with limited signing specials of up to 3 months free.
