January 4, 2021 Operating Grant Program Interim Report Deadline: March 1, 2021, 4:30pm MT Download the Interim Report Guidelines as a PDF Calgary Arts Development is adjusting the Operating Grant interim reporting deadline in order to better meet external reporting to our stakeholders. Interim reports will be due one month earlier than originally published. Due to the shortened time frame between receiving the Operating Grant Increase and the reporting deadlines, as well as the impacts of COVID-19 to programming, the reporting requirements for 2021 are adjusted. Reporting requirements for 2022 have also been adjusted, and may shift over the upcoming year in response to sectoral needs. Interim reports are reviewed by staff for completeness, accuracy, and risk according to the Fair Notice Policy. Once the interim report is approved, the Operating Grant funds will be issued starting in March, pending receipt of funding from The City of Calgary. Please note that there are 167 organizations in the Operating Grant Program, and timelines for staff review and follow-up will vary. This update may be requested in writing or through an in-person meeting, and is required before funds can be released.
