In fact, Dayal relocated to Calgary because of love. “I met my husband, believe it or not, on Instagram, back in 2012,” she explains. “I met him and did the whole long-distance thing and finally decided to move to Calgary. And it’s been a bit of an interesting journey.” Shortly after the move, she created the Love Notes Project. With the mission to encourage positivity and healing through arts, this artistic matchmaking production has been presented annually for the past three years.
