Episode 51: Rock the Nation

Episode 51: Rock the Nation

Featuring Lisa Jacobs and Stephanie Hutchinson

This city is bursting with creativity and events! Our Living a Creative Life web series showcases amazing Calgary creatives to find out what they’re up to and help you plan your social calendar.

In our latest video, host Adora Nwofor pays a visit to Studio Bell to learn about Rock the Nation, a celebration of over 60 years of Canadian music featuring live performances of songs from the ‘50s to the present day. Musician Lisa Jacobs talks about her career as a bass player, including winning a Country Music Alberta Award and being onstage for Rock the Nation. Stephanie Hutchinson of Studio Bell tells us what people can expect from this production that runs until April 28, 2024.
