I am mainly a digital artist who varies in subjects, but when it comes to painting I love to focus on animals. My favourite way to paint is a bit unorthodox. I like to start by painting the whole canvas black before placing masking tape over it. I draw my subject, then I cut the tape with a knife to create sections, removing the tape to paint. In the end, the image becomes a bunch of painted sections that make up the subject, complete with black lines.
