Carlos Foggin is a 2020 Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Emerging Artist and a 2019 Compelling Calgarian.

He is an orchestral conductor (founder of the Rocky Mountain Symphony Orchestra), pianist, organist, composer and arranger.
