Calgary Arts Development will also be hosting targeted meetings for each artistic discipline. A full schedule of these meetings is available at artsplan.ca.

“Public input has been key to the creation of Calgary’s first Arts Plan, and we want to continue the dialogue with citizens as the Arts Plan takes shape,” says Terry Rock, President & CEO of Calgary Arts Development. “Arts Plan is a historic opportunity for Calgarians to articulate our goals for the arts and lay the groundwork for achieving them.”

The completed Arts Plan will be presented at a public meeting of The City of Calgary’s Standing Policy Committee on Community and Protective Services on June 5, 2013.
