Haider Ali (he/him/his) is a communications assistant and works with artists and organizations to maintain Calgary Arts Development’s information hub, including its directories and yycwhatson.ca.

Outside of his role, Haider is a consultant and photographer. His previous stops include non-profits like Habitat for Humanity Southern Alberta and media arts organizations like NUTV and the Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers.

In his spare time, you can find him working away at a cafe, scheming up recipes in the kitchen, or catching a local film screening.
