Art Bus RFQ 2024 Info Session and Q&A
Are you considering applying for our Art Bus RFQ 2024? You can learn more about the guidelines and application process for this opportunity at an online information session, and/or bring your questions to the project leads at our ‘open office space.’
Online Information Session
We are hosting an online information session that is open to any artist interested in applying to this opportunity. Project leads Natasha Jensen and Tiffany Wollman will provide information about the RFQ guidelines and application process and host a brief Q+A session after the presentation.
When: Tuesday, May 28, 2024 from 3 – 5pm. Register here.
We plan to record the presentation portion of the info session and post it on our website afterwords. The video will be available to everyone — you do not have to register for the event to get access to the video. Please note that this may take a few weeks.
Virtual Open Office Space
We are also hosting a virtual ‘open office space’ for the Art Bus RFQ online over Zoom. This session is open to any artist interested in applying to this opportunity.
Artists are welcome sign up for a time slot during these Zoom sessions to ask project leads Natasha Jensen and Tiffany Wollman questions about the RFQ, and to listen to other artists’ questions. Folks can stay for as long as or as short as they like. There is no formal presentation — just a chance to talk to the project leads directly.

These open office sessions will not be recorded.

For Zoom security reasons, we ask that folks register before attending either of these sessions. The Zoom link will be provided upon registration. Registering for these sessions confirms that you agree to our group agreements. Be sure to read the document before signing up.
If you are an artist with specific access needs or require translation or interpretation services, please let us know and we will arrange to make sure you have all the support and information you need to fairly access the application process. This may require booking a one-on-one session with us instead.
