Holiday Office Closure

The Calgary Arts Development office will be closed from December 23, 2019 to January 2, 2020. We wish you all the joys of the season and look forward to working with you again in the new year!


Immigrants of Distinction Awards

Immigrant Services Calgary seeks nominations in a number of categories including arts and culture. Submit by December 1, 2019.


Office Closure

The Calgary Arts Development office will be closed on November 11, 2019 for Remembrance Day. We hope you have the chance to take in a service. Our office reopens on November 12.


Cultural Leaders Legacy Artist Awards

Nominations are now open for the 2020 Cultural Leaders Legacy Artist Awards. The deadline for uploading packages is November 22, 2019.

Grant Investment Programs

Calgary Arts Development will be announcing its 2020 grant investment programs for arts organizations, individual artists, and artist collectives on January 7, 2020.

Individual Artist Program

Interested in applying to the Individual Artist Program? Calgary Arts Development is offering two information sessions this July. RSVP to learn more about the guidelines and process.

Operating Grant Program

In consultation with the organizations in the Operating Grant Program, Calgary Arts Development has decided to move the deadline for the OG+ Program to June 28, 2019.

City-Builder Program

The Calgary Arts Development board of directors approved combining the funding for the City-Builder Program into the OG+ Program for 2019. This change does not alter the amount available.
