Operating Grant New Client Intake Program: 2023 Results
The Operating Grant New Client Intake Program was open to non-profit arts organizations in Calgary / Mohkinsstsis who did not receive an operating grant from Calgary Arts Development from 2020 – 2022. Successful applicants to this program are streamed into the Operating Grant Program and receive an annual operating grant for 2023 and 2024.
The Operating Grant Program provides stable, predictable funding to arts organizations in Calgary / Mohkinsstsis. Operating Grants are committed on a multi-year cycle, and may directed to any area of an organization’s overall budget.
We received 72 eligible applications requesting $1,802,500, and were able to support 38 organizations to a total of $800,000. For information about how this program was assessed, please see the Terms of Reference for the Operating Grant New Client Intake Program.
