Applications for the 2025 Community-Run Public Art Microgrant Program are open and the deadline to apply is April 16, 2025.
Community-run organizations in Calgary are invited to apply for funding to hire local artists and create public art in their neighbourhoods. This opportunity is open to community-run organizations, including informal groups that define themselves in terms of distinct communities, neighbourhood associations, and non-profit organizations or charitable organizations. Eligible communities may apply for up to $15,000, and funding is available for up to 30 projects.
